Day 01 - ARRIVAL

Arrive in Delhi & transfer to hotel.

Day 2  - DELHI-SHEKAVATI (300 Kms/ 6 hrs)

In the morning depart for the Shekavati region. The beautiful and fascinating havelis of Shekhavati are extremely popular with tourists. Striking architecture, graceful interiors and massive parapets of the havelis stand witness to the wealth and prosperity of the Marwari merchants. The small towns Jhunjhunu & Fatehpur are the major tourist attractions. 



Day 03  - SHEKAVATI-BIKANER (200 kms/ 4 hrs)

Bikaner is ranked as one of the major tourist destinations in Rajasthan. Major attractions include the awesome 15th century, Junagarh Fort, the one fort said to have never been captured. It houses red sandstone and marble palaces like Anup Mahal, Ganga Niwas and Rang Mahal; a royal temple called Har Mandir, and a museum. The beautiful Lalgarh Palace, is a blend of Rajput, Mughal and European architecture. It is has a collection of oil paintings and hunting trophies. Temples in Bikaner include the 15th century Bhandeswari Jain Temple that is adorned with beautiful mirror work and frescoes & Shiv Bari dedicated to Lord Shiva and Karni Mata, dedicated to the Goddess Durga and famously known as the ‘rat temple’. The Camel Research Farm-a one of its kind breeding center in Asia is extremely popular with visitors.


Day 04  - BIKANER-JAISALMER (330 kms/ 6.5 hrs)

In the morning depart for Jaisalmer. On arrival check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.



Jaisalmer is the oldest "living" fortified city in Rajasthan. Located in the heart of the Thar Desert on the far western border of India. it was strategically positioned on one of the central Asian trade routes. Sonar Kila, literally "Golden Fort,"- is the world's only inhabited medieval fort, it’s families living in homes they have colonized for more than 800 years. Built entirely from yellow sandstone, the fort rises like a giant sandcastle from its desert surrounds, with great views from the tiny guesthouses that lie within its ramparts. 


Day 06 - JAISALMER - JODHPUR (300 kms/ 5 hrs)

Jodhpur in Rajasthan also known as "Sun City" features many palaces, forts and temples, set in the stark landscape of the Thar desert. It is also referred to as the Blue City due to the blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort- which is the main tourist attraction. You can also visit the Jaswant Thada- A royal cenotaph made up of white marble built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh.


Day 07 - JODHPUR-LUNI-DHAMLI (100 kms/ 2 hrs)

In the morning drive to Luni, a charming and cloistered village which reflects the royal past of Rajasthan. In Luni many artisans are still pursuing their ancestral profession of carving metal, clay or wood into intricate forms. Luni's Fort Chanwa is an outstanding piece of elegance and proportion in Indian architecture of the last century. The village of Luni is situated in the shadow of fort walls. This small bustling village invites innumerable tourists to the nearby fort. Next proceed to Dhamli, a small village located in the Marwar region of Rajasthan. Located off the beaten track, Dhamli is a refreshing change from the larger cities of Rajasthan.


Day 08 - DHAMLI-UDAIPUR (180 kms/ 3 hrs)

In the morning depart for Udaipur. Arrive & check into hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. 



Udaipur is known as the City of Lakes & is known for its Rajput-era palaces. The main attractions in the city are the City Palace Museum & Jag Mandir: Located in the island amid the Lake Pichola which is one of the central attractions in Udaipur. In the evening enjoy a boat cruise on the lake. Overnight at hotel.


Day 10 - UDAIPUR- NIMAJ (250 kms/ 5 hrs)

In the morning depart for Nimaj & spend the day exploring Nimaj and stay overnight at the local palace which has now been converted to a hotel. 


Day 11 - NIMAJ-PUSHKAR (105 kms/ 1.5 hrs)

In the morning depart for Pushkar. A small town set on the banks of the holy Pushkar Lake, Pushkar is a pilgrimage site for millions of Hindus. In Pushkar visit the only standing Hindu temple in India dedicated to Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe, the structure around the temple was built in the 14th century and stands on a high platform near Pushkar lake. The city has numerous ghats such as Varaha and Gau, where you can hear continuous chants of Om & witness priests performing elaborate aartis & sadhus in constant meditation. 


Day 12 - PUSHKAR-JAIPUR (150 kms/ 2.5 hrs)

Depart for Jaipur. Spend the day at leisure in Jaipur and explore the markets. In the evening enjoy an excursion to Chowki Dhani for a taste of Rajasthani cuisine.


Day 13 - JAIPUR 

The beautiful city of Jaipur epitomizes the spirit of Rajputana. It is popularly known as the Pink City because of the extensive use of the locally abundant pink plastered stone. Start the day with a visit to the Amber Fort Palace and enjoy a ride on the back of a decorated elephant to the top of the fort. Next stop will be the City Palace a delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture followed by Jantar Mantar- an 18th century observatory. You can finish the day by visiting Hawa Mahal- the ‘palace of winds’. In the evening enjoy an excursion to Chowki Dhani for a taste of Rajasthani cuisine. 


Day 14 -  JAIPUR-AGRA (250 kms/ 5 hrs)

Depart for Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri en route, the now deserted city built by Emperor Akbar. Though the city took 15 years to build, it was abandoned after only 14 years because the water supply was unable to sustain the growing population. The surviving palace and mosque are a tourist attraction and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Option to visit the Bharatpur Bird sanctuary with naturalist to see the beautiful species of birds. Arrive at Agra and check in to the hotel. In the evening you are free to explore the magical markets of Agra & enjoy the cultural show- Mohabbat the Taj- www.kalakritionline.com 


Day 15 -AGRA-DELHI (225 kms/ 4 hrs)

Start the day by visiting the world famous Taj Mahal -The world famous mausoleum of Shah Jahan’s wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj has been aptly described by the great Indian poet Rabindranath Tagore as a teardrop on the face of time.

The next stop for the day will be the Red Fort- which is 2.5 km northwest of the Taj Mahal. This is referred to as the most important fort in India. All great Mughal Emporers such as Babur, Humayun, Akbar, Jehangir, Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb lived here. It is a perfect testament to the glory of the Mughal Empire. The last stop will be Sikandra on the Delhi-Agra highway - The tomb of Akbar the Great & the first monument in Agra built in white marble and red sandstone. Depart for Delhi and overnight stay at hotel.


Day 16- DELHI

Transfer to airport for onward flight.
